Hi, I’m Megan, founder of Virtually There Services. I’m equal parts creative brain and systems person, which means I love both the messaging that makes people stop scrolling and the behind-the-scenes details that keep a business running seamlessly.
My sweet spot is helping businesses communicate clearly, stay organized, and grow without everything depending on the owner. I bring 20 years of high-level administrative experience, including executive-level and healthcare administration, together with six years of social media management, copywriting, and content strategy.
I also know Jane App well beyond basic scheduling. I work with billing, direct billing, insurance workflows, client communication, files, follow-ups, and the everyday details that can quietly eat up hours of a business owner’s week.
And on the marketing side, I love finding the words and strategy that make someone stop, pay attention, and think, “Yep. This is for me.”

Amy is the steady hand behind many of the day-to-day details that keep our clients’ businesses running smoothly. She works extensively in Jane App and supports inboxes, client communication, scheduling, billing, direct billing, file management, and recurring administrative workflows.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, Amy is especially good at keeping track of the little things before they become big things, which makes her an invaluable part of the VTS team.
Off-duty, you’ll find her exploring nature with her kids or curled up with a cold Pepsi and reality TV.
